1. Booking

Choose the service, date and time, enter the required contact details, review the price and complete payment to confirm the reservation.

2. Opening Hours

Working days: 9:00-19:00. Weekends: 5:00-22:00.

3. Payment

Payments are made in EUR. Online payments will be provided through makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS) once the payment account is activated. Cash payment on site is possible only when agreed in advance.

4. Service Location

All services are provided in person at Lake Kaņieris, Latvia. No physical goods are delivered.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Reservations are tied to a fixed date and time and are non-refundable, except when the service cannot be provided due to circumstances outside the customer’s control, including unsafe weather or official lake closure. In such cases, a new date or a refund is offered.
